Skaters in Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia?

Hi there!

I am going to visit Latvia, Lithuania and Estonia for few days only, and don't have much time there. I am going there 8.-13. november.

I would like to know especially if there are some slalomers around in those places, like in Riga or Vilnius. And are those good places for skating? Should I take skates with me? Of course you will say, you should take skates everywhere you go anyway?

To Estonia we can travel easily in any time, and I know there are some slalomers. But how about Latvia and Lithuania?
